As a coach, my main focus is you, not me. However I appreciate that in identifying a coach people often want to know more about who their coach is, so here’s a little about me, to help you decide.

I have always had an interest in people, human behaviour and communication and I am undoubtedly a ‘people person’. A recent piece of work identified my top five character strengths as: kindness and humanity; hope; honesty, social intelligence and prudence. My lesser strengths were spirituality and creativity, something to work on! It was all pretty accurate.

The attributes associated with coaching and supporting others has been a theme throughout my career. Initially my degree choice was Anthropology, but at 18 you wonder where that will lead, so my other interest, Criminology, got my vote. It was fascinating and I went on to work with those wanting to change their behaviour and achieve their goals for the next 19 years.

Fifteen of those years have been about managing and unifying teams and supporting individual members to achieve their goals and targets.
I use this experience along with my Coaching skills and NLP Coaching (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to identify and recognise your best thinking. Thinking that will enhance  your life, serve you well and ensure the results you want.

If you would like to learn more about my coaching and how it could support you or your team, please feel free to call.
