Individual coaching includes: increasing job satisfaction and fulfilment at work, enhancing performance, preparing for promotion or career change, adapting to change at work or a change of expectation.
This is a personal service. It is based on your requirements and what you want your outcomes to be. This will be discussed in your introductory phone call which is of course, free.
You may request a one off session or a series.
You are not required to commit to a set number. Example sessions are as follows:
Block sessions – 3 – 6 sessions up to 12 sessions.
Ongoing sessions – fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or as requested as part of your Continual Professional Development.
Check in sessions – these are for returning clients delivered as and when required/requested.
Sessions are 90 minutes approx.
